About

Depression, anxiety, and stress are all real things that everyday people struggle with. Regardless of your stature, how much money you make, or how good looking someone may think they are, everyone is capable of succumbing to these states of mind. My name is, Sam, and I’m just like you, a regular human that has his own set of issues but what I do know is how to get myself out of the ditch that I so voluntarily throw myself into from feeling depressed and trying to cope with stress. I’ve battled my demons and have conquered the poor states of mind that kept me back from living a happier life and seeing The Better Me, and I’m here to tell you that you can too.

MeBy3 is a way of thinking that I’ve developed that incorporates the three different aspects of: body, mind, and spirit. Now let me go ahead and say this, “I am NOT in anyway a physician, psychologist, financial expert, or health-wellness guru.” I live a certain way that has helped molded me into The Better Me, and its information that I feel is invaluable to everyone. I want to share my life experiences with the world in hopes of helping others that find themselves fighting these internal battles and often losing to themselves. I want to help everyone find the better version of them.

When it comes to our well being it is absolutely important to evaluate our body, mind, and spirit, but what does this mean?

Body

The body refers to our physical state, which is literally our human body. The flesh and bones that we sometimes take for granted. “Are you easily tired or have a loss of energy? Are you eating well? Do you feel physically weakness?” All examples of questions that we can ask ourselves to get a rough idea of where we are with our physical health.

Mind

Think of the mind as your thoughts and emotions. Just like anything else, there has to be some kind of direction or goal. Our thinking heavily depends on what we’ve set as that focal point; its important that we find things in our lives that helps us keep our focus. Without direction, our thoughts can easily wonder, and this gives footing to negative things to become the center point of our minds. Our emotions easily follow suit with our thinking, and due to this it is believed that the body and mind can be referred to as one. Emotions can be expressed physically, which are triggered mentally. Often times (not always), emotions can be indicators of an individuals well being.

Spirit

The spirit, in my opinion, is interchangeable with “the heart, or the soul”. It is one of the more complex things of this trinity. It is easy to understand physical and mental aspects, but when it comes to things that are intangible and outside of our five carnal senses, people begin to have a sort of dis-belief in it and are easily put off by the topic. The spirit in these terms does not refer to religion in anyway; it is our identity, it is who we are, but more over it is our WILL. It is the driving force and energy in every human-being and unique to them self. It’s the deep part in us that allows the human body and mind to keep pushing forward.

The Journey

I’m not some hippy that is here to push my way of life on anyone. I am solely here to share my life, and what has worked for me in achieving The Better Me. It isn’t going to be easy, friend, but I hope that the little I have to offer will take you miles down your own journey in this life.

If you’re looking for a way to be happy in wealth, than this blog isn’t for you. I’m not rich and I’m not out in the world hustling for money to get the nice car or the dream home, far from it. My wealth is in having good health and well-being.
